User content
When you submit work evidence, certificates, media, or profile information, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Privacy and consent
KaziPass may process personal information in line with its Privacy Policy and applicable law, including POPIA where relevant. Profile sharing with employers should happen with user consent and a clear business purpose.
Limitation of service
KaziPass helps connect people and information, but it does not guarantee hiring outcomes, job availability, or the conduct of third parties. Users should verify important details independently.
Conduct
- Do not upload unlawful or misleading material
- Do not try to break or scrape the system
- Do not share someone else's data without permission
- Use the platform respectfully and lawfully
